Processing includes verifying your order, preparing the artwork for shipment, and securely packaging your items.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Time & Methods
Once processed, your order will be shipped via our trusted carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location).
Delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping option:

We carefully package every artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged:

Islarte is not responsible for items lost or stolen after they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Islarte is not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
